Livia Labs questions

What is Livia Labs?

Livia Labs is the laboratory platform in the Livia Health ecosystem. It connects laboratories to doctors and patients, with digital test requests, sample tracking and results sent back to the requesting clinician.

How do results reach the doctor and patient?

Once your lab releases a result, it goes back to the requesting clinician and appears in the patient’s health record in the Livia Health app. The doctor can go through it with the patient in a follow-up consultation.

Can a hospital or clinic laboratory use Livia?

Yes. Facilities that want one system across departments can use the laboratory module in Livia HMIS, which shares the same patient record as the rest of the facility.

How does my laboratory join?
