Who can I refer?

Pharmacies and pharmacy chains (Livia PIMS) and hospitals, clinics and medical centres (Livia HMIS) anywhere in Kenya.

How is a referral linked to me?

Clients who request a demo after opening your link are linked to you automatically. You can also add their details yourself in your dashboard.

When can I withdraw?

Once your available balance reaches KES 1,000. Approved withdrawals are sent by M-Pesa.

Does it cost anything?

No. Joining is free, and we never ask affiliates for money.

Programme terms

Commission is earned when a referred client pays their first subscription and our team confirms it.
The first affiliate to refer a client keeps them for 180 days. Self-referrals do not count.
Payouts go only to the M-Pesa number on your account; changing it needs our approval.
No spam, fake reviews or misleading claims about Livia. Accounts that break these rules are closed and unpaid commission is cancelled.
